Submit Your Application
Tell us about your business, services, experience, service area, pricing, requirements, and prior work.
Complete the Review Process
Selected applicants may be asked to participate in an interview, provide references, share additional portfolio examples, or submit applicable business and credential documentation.
Become Eligible for Opportunities
Approved participation makes your business eligible to receive compatible event requests. It does not guarantee referrals or bookings.
Accept or Decline
Review each opportunity individually. Confirm only when the date, location, service scope, compensation, timing, and requirements work for your business.
Deliver the Confirmed Service
After the client completes the booking process, receive an organized event plan, coordinate necessary logistics, arrive prepared, collect your stated event-day balance as instructed, and provide the accepted service.
Know the scope and payment before you accept.
Before accepting an opportunity, professionals should be shown the confirmed service, date, time, location, duration, agreed compensation, applicable travel or parking arrangements, and expected payment method.
For many engagements, the client pays the professional's confirmed remaining balance upon arrival and before service begins. Corporate or organization clients may pay by company check or another agreed method when approved in advance. The exact payment method and timing must be stated in the event plan.
You submit your regular client-facing rate and proposed WP4K partner rate.
Your confirmed service compensation is shown before you accept an opportunity.
The client's remaining balance for your service is generally paid directly to you according to the event plan.
We Party 4 Kidz does not treat participating professionals as employees, process employee payroll, or guarantee client payment. Final payment procedures will be governed by the applicable professional agreement and confirmed event documentation.
Answers for prospective network professionals.
Will I work under the We Party 4 Kidz name?
You will continue operating as an independent professional or business under your own name. WP4K coordinates the client's overall event plan and identifies the businesses providing each confirmed service.
Can I decline an opportunity?
Yes. Review the date, location, scope, compensation, timing, and requirements before accepting. Declining an opportunity does not automatically remove your business from consideration for future opportunities.
Are jobs guaranteed?
No. Application, acceptance into the network, and continued participation do not guarantee any number, frequency, type, or value of opportunities.
Can I keep serving my existing clients?
Yes. Participation is nonexclusive. You remain responsible for operating your own business and may continue serving clients independently.
When may I contact the client?
Once your service is confirmed and the booking process is completed, appropriate client contact information may be provided for necessary logistics. Communication must remain professional and consistent with the confirmed event plan and professional agreement.
Do I need insurance?
Insurance requirements vary by service, venue, and jurisdiction. Applicants should disclose current coverage accurately. Certain venues or services may require specific insurance, permits, inspections, certificates, or additional documentation.
What happens after I apply?
Applications are reviewed for potential fit. Selected applicants may be contacted for additional information, an interview, references, portfolio review, or credential verification. Submission does not guarantee acceptance.
